I have not rented out Brick and Mirth as a venue, but I have attended more than a dozen events there. Jennifer, the owner, takes great care to make sure guests feel welcome, decorations are perfect, cocktails are delicious (and ever-changing), and the food is great. Jennifer recently sponsored a charity event to support area babies and toddlers. She did a spectacular job arranging entertainment, decorations, and food. Did I mention the cocktails? She has all the regulars, but she also provides a couple of specialty drinks at each event. I haven't had one yet that wasn't delicious. Even though no one talks about it, one of the most important parts of any venue is the bathroom. The bathrooms at Brick and Mirth are always clean, well maintained, and decorated nicely. I would be happy to recommend Brick and Mirth to any friends or family who are looking for a venue to hold a shower, charity event, Christmas party, graduation party, girls' night out, corporate event, or anything else one could dream up.
